I am still re-learning lessons that my parents tried to teach me when I was a child.

In trying to hurry to get out the door to do service on Saturday morning, I injured my left eye. I ended up not helping anyone and having to visit the optometrist. Yay for me! My parents used to caution me to slow down, because when I was in a hurry, I usually caused an accident to myself or to the thing I was trying to make or help with. Some lessons are never learned?
