No pictures for Easter this year. It was such a busy day! All the men in the family had new white shirts and Mikaela had a new dress.

Mikaela brings so much fire to our family. She made sure that we reviewed the story of Christ's crucifixion and resurrection. She tried so hard to stay awake late on Saturday night, but alas, she fell asleep on the couch while we were discussing Christ's story and the Jewish law. Easter Morning, she woke us all, very early. She was so excited to find her eggs that she had decorated. She also found out that the Easter Bunny and Santa don't communicate very well--she received the same present from both of them. Poor thing. Reality bites. Her comment, "Well, I know that Santa mustn't talk to the Easter Bunny very much, but, they like to give me the same things!"

Mikaela then spent the afternoon with the Camacho/DeMello family. They enjoyed Easter with an Hispanic flair. By the time she arrived back home, it was too late in the evening to go outside and take pictures. I guess we will need to take them this week, or at Conference time.
